We love working with small businesses and the related owners to minimize their tax footprint and help them be strategic in whatever season of their business lifecycle they are in. Generally, we work businesses with gross revenue between $250,000 and $5,000,000. If you're a start-up you could still be a good fit. Most of our business clients are structured as S-Corporations.

Individuals with no outside business connection

Individual tax work still accounts for a decent portion of our client roster. Most of our individual clients have some or all of the following tax return components:

Investment rental properties
Interest/dividend/cap gain portfolio income
Digital asset reporting
Other pass-through K-1 reporting activities
Schedule C business activity reporting

Pricing

Individual & Trust Tax Returns

Our range is typically $1,100 - $2,000 (1040 & 1041)
Add minimum of $375 per state return

Business Tax Returns

Our range is typically $2,000 - $2,500 (S-Corporations, Partnerships, and C-Corporations)
Add minimum of $475 per state return

Tax Consulting & Advisory Services

Tax Consulting and Advisory services are available as part of either the Silver or Gold client packages. Requires a custom quote based on specific services needed.
